Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before delivery by calling 041 37 37 41 or writing to us. If the order has already been paid, the full amount will be refunded.
Returning a product in proper condition
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt if it is in saleable condition:
- it has not been used and shows no signs of use;
- the original packaging and complete set are preserved;
- you have the receipt or the order number.
Defects and warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. A defective product is repaired or replaced under the warranty terms of the manufacturer.
Refunds
Refunds are made by the same method that was used for payment. Card payments are refunded to the same card.
